How do I pay with the app?

If your team uses the app for mobile payments, follow the instructions below to pay.

Step 1: Click the "Pay in Store" button on the Home Screen.

Step 2: Scroll and find the restaurant that you’re at and click the Pay button next to that restaurant.

Step 3: Your name will come up for the restaurant’s cashier and they will complete the transaction.

How do I order with the app?

If your team uses the app for Ordering in-house or catering orders, follow the instructions below to order.

Step 1: Find Available Orders by clicking the Menu in the upper right and then click Orders. You will also find the most most immediate orders available in the Notifications section on the Home Screen.

Step 2: Click into an order and select your items and options.

Step 3: When you’re ready to complete your order, click the View Cart button, select a time and click Complete Order.

Step 4: You may still edit an order in the Pending Orders tab until the Order Deadline has hit or your order has been prepared.

What if I forget my login information?

To reset your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen. You then enter your email address. An email will be sent to you with a reminder of your username and a link to reset your password.
